		<description>I use a Cuisinart CDF-100. It&#039;s super compact and uses 1.5 L of oil. I&#039;ve been very happy with it, it gets hot and re-heats quickly and it doesn&#039;t take up much space in my tiny kitchen. Being Gluten-Free, it&#039;s a great item to have since fried foods in restaurants are pretty risky. Hope this helps!</description>
